Our Animal Residents
Alpacas
Calisto, Cashew, Paco, and Pepe are waiting for you in our pasture. With their large, soulful eyes and incredibly fluffy fleece, our four alpacas instantly charm guests of all ages. They radiate a wonderful sense of calm—perfect for relaxation.
Chickens
Just in time for the first warm rays of spring sunshine, even more life has arrived at the farm! You can already enjoy the happy clucking, as our flock of chickens has moved into their new home on our grounds.
Miniature Pigs
Meet our curious little rascals: Daisy, Pünktchen, Schnuffel, and Dora. These four little “snouts” are always up for some fun, love getting attention at the fence, and are happy to strike a pose (especially when there’s a treat involved!).
Donkeys
Also arriving this spring, we are expecting some very “laid-back” new additions. Our long-eared friends are already on their way to join us and will complete our petting zoo.
Are You Allowed to Feed Them?
The way to an animal’s heart is through its stomach—and our four-legged friends couldn’t agree more! However, to ensure our animals stay healthy, we kindly ask that you do not feed them any food brought from home. The alpacas, in particular, have very sensitive diets. You can obtain a portion of species-appropriate feed for the daily feeding round at the reception desk upon request.
